Dapo Oyebanjo, the one we know as D’Banj, and now Eja Nla, has cleared the air on his purported dalliance with Nollywood top actress, Genevieve Nanji, making it clear that he never had anything to do with her.
The Koko Master who was rumoured to be in love and was set to marry Genny, said he too was shocked at the rumour and that he did not even have a crush of her not to talk of dating her.
In an interview recently with Vanguard after turning 34 years old, D’Banj said that though he is seriously thinking of settling down, it is definitely not with Genevieve.
This is what he said:
There have been so many rumours about so many things. I don’t like to talk about my personal relationship again because people always misunderstand me.
But rumours must always be rumours.
Honestly, I’m not dating Genevieve; I never did, neither did I have a crush on her. Let me clear the air now.
We believe you, Eja Nla. but please fear God and be sure you saying the truth,just think of how Genevieve will feel when she reads this.
